Toolbox Companion is designed for local, offline use. No registration is required, and TYMCHENKO does not collect, log, or retain personal information through normal app use.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Toolbox Companion mobile application and related services operated by TYMCHENKO TOV, referred to here as the Service Provider.
The app is intended to function as a practical reference tool. Registration is not required.
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. It does not require your name, email address, phone number, location, account credentials, or profile information.
If the app is used with an active internet connection, ordinary technical network traffic may occur in order to establish connectivity, but TYMCHENKO does not retain that information for tracking.
Toolbox Companion does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, TYMCHENKO does not share such app-collected personal information with third parties.
External platforms such as Google Play operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Toolbox Companion may store app preferences, favorites, viewing history, or recent searches locally on the user’s device so the app can provide saved and recent-reference features.
This local device data is not the same as server-side collection by TYMCHENKO and is not used to create a remote user profile.
TYMCHENKO does not maintain personal user profiles or a server-side database of personal user information through normal use of Toolbox Companion.
Any local app preferences, favorites, viewing history, or recent searches remain only on the user’s device until the user clears them, resets the application’s local data, removes app storage, or uninstalls the application.
Because no personal user data is collected by TYMCHENKO through normal app use, there is no server-side personal data retention period for normal use of the Application.
Because TYMCHENKO does not keep a server-side personal account database for Toolbox Companion, there is normally no remote user profile to delete.
Users can remove locally stored information using the app’s available controls, including clearing viewing history or resetting local data, or through Android application-storage controls. Uninstalling the app also removes the app and its local storage from the device, subject to the device operating system’s behavior.
If you voluntarily contact TYMCHENKO and provide personal information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that correspondence where legally applicable.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of app-collected personal information is limited. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are used for systems and information that TYMCHENKO controls.
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app-collected personal information is minimal. If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to TYMCHENKO, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. TYMCHENKO does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal app use.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and additional notice will be provided where legally required.

If you voluntarily provide information to TYMCHENKO outside normal app use and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
